Wedding Proposals
No matter how thorough your planning or simple your wedding is, you can't be in two places at the same time on your special day. Besides that, don't you want to enjoy yourself? We've perfected this service to provide the easiest, stress-free way to work towards your wedding day.
We'll start to work together three months prior to your wedding. Then on the day of, we'll meticulously execute your vision, manage your expectations, and professionally handle the behind-the-scenes chaos so that you and yours are focused and present on the most important day of your life!
We'll have progress meetings where we'll advise you and remind you of any forgotten items.
Create a timeline for the entire day (or weekend) for you, the wedding party & all vendors involved.
Confirm, coordinate and communicate with your vendors 30 days out
Prepare you for all vendor final meetings and communicate with all vendors after the final meetings have taken place.
Choreograph, and manage your rehearsal.
Troubleshoot and handle all communication & logistics for all involved on the day of.
Manage all of your wedding day expectations so that your vision comes to life & you are stress-free.
Day-of-Coordination
As your event consultant we would help you plan and coordinate all of the details of your event.
Together we will come up with your vision and review all of the steps that have to happen to bring your event to reality.

Special Events
First we will set up a complimentary consultative appointment via zoom to learn more about your event and how to make it a success for you and your company.
From there we will assist from start to finish on planning your perfect corporate event. We will help book vendors, create timelines, and make sure all details are covered including all key elements to make your event. We will then be there onsite to assist with setup, coordination of the event and then clean up.
We plan conference, trade shows, employee appreciate parties, holiday parties, client appreciate events, product/company launches and more . We do it all – because we love a good event!
